Studio Metamora FAQ's

Studio Hours and Rules

The Studio is open and ready for bookings from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Enjoy a flexible schedule to suit your needs and make the most of your time in our space.

Once your session is booked you will be emailed a contract to sign prior to your visit. 

the day before your visit you will be sent a 4 digit code to get into the studio. 

The lobby door to the Holden Heights building will be unlocked during open hours of service. 

Please refrain from playing loud music but have fun and create magic through this studio. 

We want you to feel at home here, but please leave the studio as you found it originally.

WHAT PROPS AND EQUIPMENT ARE INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?
 

Our studio is your creative space, equipped with furniture, props, lighting, seamless backdrops, and plants. Explore and use everything to bring your vision to life!

WHAT TYPE OF CHANGING AREA IS IN STUDIO METAMORA?

We're super excited to have you in our studio! You'll find a unisex bathroom for changing, so get ready to have an amazing time!

~Please do not hang anything on the walls.~

Confetti is permitted but allow yourself time to clean the studio after the session to avoid a $150 Cleaning fee that would be charged to the card on file.

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?​

The Holden Heights parking lot is equipped with 8 spots as well as Municipal parking on both sides of the Holden Heights Building.

I BROKE SOMETHING DURING MY RENTAL
Please notify us as soon as possible if something is damaged or broken during your session. We understand that accidents happen. Our main goal is to be able to fix or replace whatever is broken before our next reservation arrives. Depending on the damages, in some cases you will be charged a damage/replacement fee, oftentimes that is a percentage of the cost of replacement.
